About Me! Who Am I?

Hi I’m Erin Harner.

I’m an integrative registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and certified health coach. I help women uncover and remedy the root causes of their disruptive stomach issues like gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, and IBS using a functional and integrative medicine approach. I’m on a mission to help women feel confident in their bodies, travel, socialize, keep up with their kids, and lead healthy and fulfilling lives without the worry and stress of disruptive stomach issues. I’ve felt the same (and it sucks). All the specialists I went to as a child and young adult didn’t put the pieces together. . . I looked pretty healthy on the outside but chronic constipation, bloating, abdominal discomfort and skin rashes were a clear indication that something wasn’t right. I figured out what works and have helped hundreds of women take back their health since 2009. Now, I feel confident in my food and lifestyle choices, my stomach issues are gone, I travel and attend social events without worry. . . and we all can too.
